I aimed my message towards teens and young adults, there are some disturbing images and thought provoking comments but they are not. I can sort of say I am in this category, which made it easier to aim it towards my target audience, being a part of it. The main message is that too many animals are abused, and it is taken too lightly. I haven't really included many persuasive techniques, except for a rhetorical question in the centre, to trigger feelings or sorrow. It could be more convincing, it's not very visual despite being an infographic.
When making the infographic, I found myself giving up trying half way through because the schools slow computers were making it near impossible to stay on task and make a good inforgaphic, so with better computers and better software and a little more time, my infographic would half looked better and been much more persuasive.
Towards a younger audience, the graphic would have to be way more visual, and I would have to get rid of a lot of words to make them more understandable. The facts I put were very scary and saddening, so I would have to reword them to make sure they were less scary and easier to understand by children.
